Format - Sets the format of control polygon
Specify format of polygons (1 - float s-plg, 2 - sb-plg, 3 - spline b-plg, 4- b-plg)<3>:
1 - open or floating (float) format of the S-polygon of the B-curve, 2 - closed (clamped) format of the S-polygon, 3 - GB-polygon of the spline Bezier curve, 4 - B-polygon of the Bezier curve.
